The Build
Building KangalGuard in the open.
Rather than launch a finished product with a glossy promise, KangalGuard is being built in public — on a real Essex farm, in real conditions — and the whole thing gets shared as it goes: what works, what doesn’t, warts and all.
You’ll be able to watch it being proven before you ever rely on it, and the farmers following along help shape it — which features matter, what a working farm really needs, and where the gangs are hitting next.
The diary launches soon
The first updates are being written now — the kit going in, what the cameras catch, how the off-grid radio holds up across the farm, and what the watch network picks up around the area. Join the waitlist and I’ll send them to you the moment they’re live.
No spam, no selling — just the build updates and the occasional local theft alert for your area. Unsubscribe any time. See our privacy policy.
How it started
On the farm where I live, thieves took the guidance units off two tractors overnight — both machines dead mid-season, and the footage led nowhere. That was the day KangalGuard started. — Graeme Lewis
