Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us: your email address when you request the Defence Kit or join the watch list, and any details you include when you contact us. This website does not track you or set advertising cookies.

Why, and our lawful basis

We use your email to send you the Defence Kit and occasional rural-crime updates for your area, on the basis of your consent — which you can withdraw at any time. We respond to enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a trusted email-delivery provider to send messages on our behalf, under contract, and we aim to build and hold the watch list on our own systems.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it or you unsubscribe, after which we delete it within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, at any time — just email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We will update this policy as KangalGuard develops, and show the date of the latest version above.
